- In another bowl combine the spices and cayenne pepper (if using) then sprinkle over the sweet potatoes, tossing again until well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil (for easy clean up) and arrange the sweet potato wedges evenly on top, leaving room between each wedge so they don’t overcrowd one another.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside, flipping halfway through cooking time.
