I would definitely make this again, but next time I’d use less olive oil (I found it a bit greasy) and opt for plain garlic instead of powdered garlic to get more flavor from the burgers themselves.

The mushroom gravy was simple and tasty, but next time I might try making my own with fresh mushrooms (my family loves mushrooms).
