And since there’s hardly any washing up, it makes cleanup a breeze – perfect for busy weeknight dinners or lunch boxes in the morning!

This fricassee had my family fighting for the last piece.

The flavor was phenomenal and the texture of the chicken was so perfect.

This dish is the bee’s knees!

All those flavors coming together so perfectly in one pan is a total treat.

It had plenty of flavor, but I think it needed some kick – so next time I will use 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.

My only other suggestion would be to add more garlic powder for additional flavor.

This dish definitely has become part of our regular meal plans – family-approved!

We were so happy with how this slow cooker recipe turned out.

I substituted chicken thighs for more flavor, let the curry paste cook down a bit to let its flavors deepen, used regular potatoes instead of russets, and added some broccoli as well.

And it’s so easy to make in the Instant Pot!

I used bone-in skinless chicken thighs instead of breast meat and increased both the amount of broth and some other seasonings for a deeper, richer flavor.

The combination of spices produced an incredibly flavorful turmeric sauce that soaked into everything nicely when cooked under pressure.

This is definitely going on my weekly meal plan rotation!
