3. Pasta Salad
Pasta salad is an easy way to make a side dish for your wrap dinner.
Just boil some pasta and toss it in a big bowl with some veggies, then toss it with a dressing, and you’re done!
You can use any kind of pasta you want—I like penne or bowtie pasta for this (they are small enough that they don’t get lost in the mix).
The veggies I like to use are cucumber, bell peppers, and carrots.
I also like to add some olives or sun-dried tomatoes.
You can make your own dressing using olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice, or you can buy a premade dressing at the store (my favorite is Newman’s Own Ranch).
4. Garden Salad

All you have to do is chop up some lettuce (romaine or iceberg), tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, bell peppers—whatever sounds good!
Then just throw them all into a bowl with some dressing (again, use olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice if you’re making your own).
Corn on the cob is a classic side dish for any dinner.
It’s sweet, it’s juicy, and it pairs well with any meat or vegetable wrap you can think of.
The best part about serving corn on the cob as a side is that it’s quick to prepare—just shuck off the husk, remove the silk, place on a plate or in a bowl with some butter and salt, and microwave for about three minutes.
You can also grill it if you prefer—just be sure to cook it long enough so that it gets soft and doesn’t make your wrap soggy!
Vegetable platters can be served as either sides or appetizers, depending on how many people are eating with you and how hungry they are!
A vegetable platter can be made up of simple things like carrots and celery sticks, or more elaborate ones like cucumber slices with hummus or bean dips.
If you’re feeling fancy, try adding some crudités (raw vegetables) like bell peppers and broccoli florets!
I love to roast vegetables—it’s a great way to get tons of flavor without using a ton of oil or butter.
