The key to a good potato salad is to get the right mix of ingredients.
I like to add a bit of mayo, some diced onions, and a few pickles for flavor.
I also like to add a bit of mustard for a bit of tang.

I usually use red potatoes, but you can use whatever type you like. Just make sure they’re nice and firm.
