It works great with lamb burgers because I love using balsamic vinaigrette as well as ranch dressing when possible – and why not add both?
Chipotle sauce is a good choice if you want to give your burger some Mexican flair.
This sauce has the right amount of heat, but it’s not too overpowering.
It’s also pretty easy to make, so you don’t have to spend hours over the stove making this one happen!
Here are a few tips for pairing chipotle with other flavors:
- Use fresh-squeezed lime juice in place of bottled or reconstituted lime juice—the fresh stuff will taste brighter and fresher than anything you can get at the store, and it won’t take much effort on your part either!
- Don’t be afraid to add more chipotle peppers than what’s listed in my recipe. If you’re not sure how spicy it will be after adding extra peppers (or even if you do), just cut back on some other ingredients like cilantro or even black pepper until things balance out for your tastes (and mouth). You could even try using habanero peppers instead of jalapeño peppers if that suits your preferences better!
- Lastly but certainly not least: remember that taste buds differ from person-to-person based on genetics alone; everyone has different tolerances when it comes down to spicy foods so don’t let anyone else tell you what tastes good!”

I like to use this sauce on lamb burgers as well as other meats.

Georgian sauce (satsivi)
Satsivi is a sweet-and-sour chunky sauce that tastes similar to barbecue sauce.
It’s common in Georgian cuisine and pairs particularly well with lamb, but you can use it on chicken or pork as well.
The chunky texture means you don’t have to cook the meat long before serving it—just heat up the sauce and add in some vegetables, then throw everything together when you’re ready to eat.
I’ve found that this recipe works best with an electric pressure cooker because they are easier to use than stovetop models and faster as well.
If you do have one, place all of your ingredients into the pot and cook for 7 minutes on high pressure (with natural release).
If not, cook everything until soft then blend until smooth using an immersion blender or food processor attachment
Spicy Thai peanut sauce is a great option for when you want to add an Asian flair to your burgers.
It’s also the perfect choice if you want something that goes well with lamb, but isn’t so heavy that it will weigh down your burger.
- To make this sauce, start by adding some sesame oil and minced garlic cloves to a pan on medium heat.
- Let them cook for about two minutes until they become fragrant; then add in about 1/4 cup peanut butter along with 1/4 cup coconut milk.
- Stir well until everything is combined and smooth; then add in some Sriracha sauce (or another chili sauce) and salt along with black pepper to taste.
- The final step is simply letting the mixture simmer until it begins to thicken slightly—you should be able to tell when this happens because it will begin sticking slightly to the bottom of your pan instead of flowing freely like before!
