Ultimate Smashburger with Jalapeño Bacon Jam

Ingredients

For the Burgers:
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 2 brioche buns
- 4-8 slices deli-style American cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt
- All-purpose seasoning

Step 1: Make the Jalapeño Bacon Jam
Chop bacon into small pieces.
