Trump’s top adviser Elon Musk was high on ketamine and ecstasy throughout presidential campaign
The world’s richest man was allegedly carrying around a box of 20 pills daily while working his way into Trump’s inner circle.
And the reported drug use was so intense it was causing serious physical problems.

The Billionaire’s Secret Struggle
Elon Musk has built an empire on innovation and disruption. Tesla, SpaceX, and now his role in reshaping government through DOGE have made him one of the most influential figures in modern America.
But behind the scenes, sources close to the tech mogul paint a very different picture of his recent years.
According to a bombshell New York Times report, Musk’s drug use became so problematic that people in his inner circle were growing concerned.

From Campaign Trail to White House
Musk spent over $300 million supporting Trump’s presidential campaign last year. He handed out oversized $1 million checks to voters in swing states and became a fixture at rallies.
His dedication to the cause was undeniable. But according to the report, there was something else driving his erratic behavior during this period.
The billionaire was experiencing severe mood swings and displaying what sources described as increasingly unpredictable conduct.

The DOGE Revolution
When Trump took office, Musk was given unprecedented access to reshape the federal government through his Department of Government Efficiency.
DOGE swept through agencies with remarkable speed, cutting programs and collecting sensitive data. The pace was breathtaking – and concerning to many observers.
At February’s CPAC conference, Musk appeared on stage wearing sunglasses and wielding a chainsaw, declaring it was for “bureaucracy.”
“My mind is a storm. It’s a storm,” he told the crowd.

Defending the Mission
When confronted about the allegations in the Oval Office this week, Musk immediately went on the offensive.
“Is that the same publication that got a Pulitzer Prize for false reporting on the Russiagate?” he fired back at reporters.
White House officials have stood firmly behind Musk’s work. Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields praised his unprecedented sacrifice in leaving the private sector to serve America.
“Few CEOs in America would leave the comfort of the C-suite to serve in the federal government,” Fields stated.

The Shocking Details
But what exactly was Musk allegedly taking during his time supporting Trump’s campaign and transition?
According to the Times report, citing sources familiar with his drug use, Musk was “intensely” and “chronically” using ketamine – a powerful anesthetic that can cause serious side effects when used regularly.
The alleged drug cocktail didn’t stop there. Sources claim he was also using ecstasy, psychedelic mushrooms, and Adderall, keeping them in a daily medication box containing approximately 20 pills.
Most concerning of all, the ketamine use had reportedly become so frequent that it was causing bladder problems – a known side effect of chronic ketamine abuse.
The drug use allegedly occurred “at private gatherings across the United States and in at least one other country,” coinciding with his growing influence in Trump’s orbit.

Musk announced his departure from his formal White House role this week, ending his 130-day stint as a “special government employee.” However, DOGE continues operating across federal agencies with Trump’s full backing, and Musk has vowed to remain the president’s “friend and advisor.”
The allegations raise serious questions about the vetting process for those given access to the highest levels of government – and whether Musk’s remarkable achievements in reshaping federal bureaucracy came at a personal cost that few realized.
