Shrimp & Sausage Skillet Recipe | This 15 Minute Dinner Never Dissapoints!

This quick and easy shrimp and sausage skillet is a perfect weeknight meal. Packed with flavor and ready in just 15 minutes, it’s a versatile dish that can be served with rice or used as a filling for tacos.
Ingredients
- 13 ounces beef smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 pound extra-large shrimp
- 1/2 medium onion, prepped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, prepped
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and veined, prepped
- Onion powder, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Smoked paprika, to taste
- Montreal chicken seasoning, to taste
- Salt-free lemon pepper, to taste
- Butter, for tortillas (optional)
- Corn tortillas
- Shredded cheese, of choice
- Salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomato (for garnish, optional)
Preparation Time

Step 1: Sauté the Sausage
Add sliced smoked sausage to a preheated pan over high heat. Let it sizzle and cook, rendering its natural fat.

Cook for about five minutes.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
Create a space in the center of the pan and add the prepped bell pepper, onion, and jalapeños.

Sauté until softened.

Step 3: Season and Cook the Shrimp
Season the shrimp with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Montreal chicken seasoning.

Mix well.

Step 4: Combine Shrimp and Sausage Mixture
Add the seasoned shrimp to the center of the pan with the sausage and vegetables.
