- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs melted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- zest of 1 lime
- juice from 1 lime
- 2Tbs freshly chopped dill

To start off, you’ll need about 2.5 to 3 lbs of salmon. Season the salmon generously with salt and black pepper to taste. For this, I recommend using about half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper.

Next, sprinkle a quarter teaspoon of red pepper flakes over the salmon for a little kick. Once seasoned, set the salmon aside while we prepare a mouthwatering marinade.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

Next, add 1/4 cup of honey and four cloves of minced garlic to the bowl. This combination will create a sweet and fragrant base for our marinade.
