Step 1: Prepare the Muffin Tin and Dough
Butter a 6-cup muffin tin.

Place six frozen dough balls into the buttered muffin tin.

Cover the muffin tin with cling film and let the dough thaw and rise slightly.

Step 2: Create the Wells in the Dough
Remove the cling film once the dough has thawed.

Using a buttered measuring glass or cup, press down in the center of each dough ball to create a well.

Use your hands to shape the dough and create sides around the well.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza Puffs
Sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese into the bottom of each well.

Add a couple of teaspoons of pizza sauce to each well.

Place the quartered pepperoni slices into the wells.

Step 4: Add Cheese and Seasoning
Top each puff generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Mix the chicken vegetable seasoning and Italian herb blend in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the seasoning mix over each puff.

Optionally, add an extra slice of pepperoni to the top of each puff.

Step 5: Bake and Serve
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Garnish with dried or fresh parsley, if desired.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
