Divide the mixture into equal portions. Form each portion into a tight ball, then flatten into patties about ¾-inch thick.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Spread the oil around to coat the pan evenly.
Place the turkey patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break up the beef as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and diced green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
In a bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, white vinegar, lemon juice, and water. Mix well.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh mozzarella slices
- Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
