Step 1: Prepare the Hash Browns (Optional)

Place hash browns in the pan, away from yourself, and cook until golden brown, flipping once. Remove and place on a baker’s rack to drain.

Step 2: Toast the English Muffins
Using a fork, poke holes around the perimeter of each English muffin half. Gently pull apart the halves.

Toast the muffin halves in a toaster oven or air fryer until lightly browned.

Spray a pan with non-stick spray. Place egg rings in the pan and crack an egg into each ring. Break the yolks with a fork.

Add Canadian bacon to the pan and cook until heated through.

Step 4: Assemble the Bacon Egg McMuffin
Place the bottom half of a toasted English muffin on a plate. Top with a slice of cheese, the cooked Canadian bacon, and the cooked egg.
