Easy Dorito Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5-ounce) package Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed, divided
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (15.25-ounce) can corn, drained
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, divided
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Ro-tel, drained
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2. Crush the Doritos. Spread half of them on the bottom of the greased dish. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, corn, half of the cheese, Ro-tel, and taco seasoning. Mix well.

4. Pour the chicken mixture over the crushed Doritos in the baking dish. Spread evenly.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and top with the remaining crushed Doritos and cheese.

7. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until bubbly.

8. Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving.
