- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream, room temperature

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until tender and browned.
5. Reduce heat to low. Add broth or wine and cook for 1 minute.
6. Stir in both soups, sour cream, peas, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
7. Add pasta and chicken to the skillet. Toss until well-coated. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Pour half the mixture into the casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.
9. Add remaining pasta mixture and top with remaining mozzarella.
