Chicken Milanese Recipe – 15 Minute Dinner!

This crispy, juicy chicken Milanese is a quick and satisfying weeknight meal. A family favorite, this recipe boasts a simple breading process that yields perfectly golden-brown cutlets every time.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut oil or canola oil
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
