Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
2. Salt zucchini slices and let drain in a colander for 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
4. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute until golden and bubbly.
5. Gradually pour in half & half, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
