- 1/2 Large Onion, diced
- 3/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced (110 g)
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced (75 g)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (15 ml)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped (for topping)
- Parsley Flakes (for garnish, optional)
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
